Dr. Anna Campbell specializes in evidence-based interventions for anxiety disorders and obsessive-compulsive disorders and helping parents support their children with big emotions. She is passionate about family-centered care and empowering parents to support their children and teens who are struggling with mental health issues.

Dr. Campbell’s strengths include her compassion and ability to connect and form strong working relationships with clients. She operates from a strength-based lens and offers a variety of evidence-based approaches including Cognitive-Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Emotion Focused Family Therapy (EFFT).

Dr. Campbell completed a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of New Brunswick and a Postdoctoral Residency at the IWK Health Centre. When not practicing psychology, she be found enjoying the outdoors with her family and puppy, painting, or practicing yoga.

Dr. Jenn Richards completed her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology. She received clinical training from 2009-2016 largely at IWK Health before completing her year-long clinical residency in Alberta.

After earning her doctorate, Dr. Jenn Richards returned to IWK Health for 5+ years where she worked as a Clinical Team Leader in intensive services, and in Community Mental Health and Addiction, as well as on the Transgender Health Team.

In addition to hospital work, Dr. Richards was hired as the Senior Scientific Director for an online psychological program that has since been promoted by the province. She also worked as a clinical interventionist for a scientific study treating anxiety, and she worked privately with fantastic fellow psychologists in downtown Halifax.

Dr. Jenn Richards has been actively involved with the Association of Psychologists of Nova Scotia (APNS) including a 3-year term as President, and served as the Nova Scotia representative for the Council of Professional Associations of Psychologists (CPAP).

Dr. Richards was awarded the provincial “Outstanding APNS Early Career Psychologist Award”.

Dr. Rebecca Tucker is a candidate register clinical psychologist. She holds a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Dalhousie University’s Department of Psychology and Neuroscience and completed her residency at NSH in Kentville, N.S.

In addition to clinical work, she supervises clinical psychology Ph.D. students’ therapeutic and assessment skills at the Centre for Psychological Health. She’s also an undergraduate psychology instructor at Dalhousie University, where she teaches adult psychopathology, child psychopathology, and research methods.
